Exosome purification from hemolyzed blood sample

I have a sample of blood collected in a serum provette which was placed at -80°C without first centrifuge (to let the gel separator divide serum from coagulated blood).

Now I defrost the sample in order to separate the serum but obviously the blood hemolyzed.

Would it affect the isolation of exosomes? (I use Exoquik kit)

Best Regards
