Does anyone characterize exosome marker by RT-PCR

I want to know if it possible for charaterization exosome by reverstranscriptase polymerase chain reaction. I used exosome marker such as CD9, CD81, annexinA1, annexinA2 and clusterin. I used GAPDH as a housekeeping gene.
If it possible to find that markers

or I should use westren blot.
