How many particles in 1μg exosomes ?

As it is said in title, how many particles contained in 1μg purified exosome sample? I wanna know the relation between particle numbers and micrograms. Thank you!

it depends on the source of exosomes, and also its a heterogenous population- ranging in size 30-150 nm (or actually broader in many cases). Thus number will vary a lot. To give you an idea - from 100 uL serum up to 10(11) exosomes can be recovered; from 1 ml cell culture media- up to 10(10) exosomes
