Hi it depends on cell type, media, growth conditions etc, but to give you an idea:  When exosomes are isolated from 30 mL of HeLa cell culture media using the Total Exosome Isolation Reagent, and then RNA recovered with Total exosome RNA & protein isolation kit, it is possible to recover ~8 ng exosomal RNA.
