My bead cant capture the exosome.

I use the strepavidin-coupled dynabead with biotinylated anti-CD63 antibody (biolegend) and tosylactivated M-280 dynabead with purified CD-63 antibody (BD) to capture the exosome.

but whenever I do experiment, signal value is different.

and sometimes signal value of contol (not input exosome) is high (>100) or higher than group

I don't know How to do..

I would be appreciated if you give me the advice or tip and if you have the experence about my problem, say to me please.
